BACstage youth theatre

The BACStage Youth Theatre is one of the most important programmes we run

BACstage Youth Theatre gives young people aged 12-18 years the chance to express themselves and to explore issues relevant to them in a safe space with their peers. We meet weekly on Wednesdays during term-time to work together as a team to create performance and shows in our theatre and beyond! 

Working with professional Director Niki McCretton and a team of expert theatre practitioners, we work as a group to find ideas, express ourselves and enjoy creating scenes and idea, in a supportive and fun atmosphere.  Anyone is welcome and no experience necessary. 

This term BACstage are working towards staging a new play ‘We Could Be Pirates’ written by one of the group,  to be performed Wednesday 13th November.

Term fees

Your first session is completely free! Fees are then £80 per term and bespoke payment plans can be arranged
