We’re excited to offer the SecureMyBooking ticket refund program to make your ticket purchases worry-free. For just a small additional cost, you can secure a refund if you’re unable to attend your event for reasons covered in the terms and conditions.

Whether it’s traffic delays, illness, adverse weather, strikes, accidents, or more, you can easily apply for a refund. For a fraction of the cost of your tickets, you can recoup 100% of the paid ticket price (including fulfilment and administration fees) if you’re unable to attend.
