How do I cancel my Ticket Protection?
Ticket Refund Protection charges are non-refundable.
SecureMyBooking, our ticket refund protection service partner, provides active protection cover from the moment of purchase. Any eligible claim can be made from the point of purchase onward.
Does Ticket Protection cover my booking for a show that has been postponed or cancelled?
In the event of a performance being postponed or cancelled, you do not need to claim on your Ticket Refund Protection.
